Here at Green Impact, we have started down the countdown to Christmas and we think that there’s no reason why Christmas can’t be sustainable!
To highlight this issue, we’re having Jumpers On, Heating Off for Christmas! Green Impact teams should wear a festive or woolly jumper and turn down their heating at University or at home as Green Impact aims to encourage positive change both inside and outside of the workplace.
The event will take place on 18th December although if your team isn’t available on this date, feel free to wear your jumpers at any other time.
Send in a photo of your jumper-wearing and the team who puts in the most effort will win a prize in the New Year!

A good short term measure but the future lies in making our buildings low energy and moving away from fossil fuels. Becoming more uncomfortable will not attract people to the cause.
